Alan did a fantastic job as the DJ/MC for our wedding ceremony and reception. We spoke on the phone early on while my wife and I were deciding on our DJ and Alan gave us advice on things to consider in the selection process that we weren't thinking about. We had a couple meetings at the event venue to discuss logistics and our requests for the reception, and Alan made suggestions about our timeline for the day which we found very helpful. Alan was even able to attend our rehearsal to meet everyone and do the walk through. The ceremony went exactly as planned, as did the reception. We discussed our music preferences with Alan and he was able to feel out the crowd and made great music selections for the dance party at the reception. Everything was fantastic and sounded great, and Alan knew how to get the energy going. On top of that, everything was absolutely worry free and we always felt like we were on the same page as Alan.

You were very professional from the initial stages of getting a quote to the end of our Bat Mitzvah. You were very helpful in walking us through the whole process and not trying to sell us more than we needed. You provided us with a timeline of when everything should happen, including when the caterer should server the food and deserts, which I shared with them so that everyone was coordinated with each other to help keep the party moving and at a high level. I had a number of guests commenting to me how good you were and those that already had their Bar/t Mitzvah, wished they had known about you. There was another person who already had committed to another DJ for a lot more money and was concerned that they would not get the level of service that you were providing. Even the caterer, who is planning her wedding and wanted a DJ, got your card. You kept the kids engaged the whole time (except when they were eating) and everything went off without a hitch. Everything was absolutely perfect! In addition to the fantastic music, time line you set out was brilliant and you were an amazing master of ceremonies!
Additional comments or suggestions? FANTASTIC!!! OUTSTANDING!!! You made the whole event a success!!! Everyone had a blast. The timing, the music, the games and dances, the hula hoops, props, glow in the dark necklaces and rings, the way you got both kids and adults involved - everything was perfect! It was SO much fun!!!

Alan and his team of amazing dancers and entertainers set just the right tone and helped us make a night to remember. He kept 100 kids and 100 adults dancing for 2.5 hours and having a blast. We got so many compliments on Alan and the party and he definitely got new business that night! This doesn't happen by accident--Alan really listens to what kind of party you want and spends the time detailing in advance, so everything goes smoothly that night. We're looking forward to working with him and his team again for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah in a couple of years!

My experience with Alan and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. From the very first contact the customer service was outstanding! I felt that they all really listened to my needs and made sure that every detail was attended to. At our party, the dance floor was full from beginning to end with every age group - my guests had a blast and my daughter absolutely loved having Grady & Serge!!

All we can say is WOW! You, Grady and Serge were phenomenal entertainers at our son's bar mitzvah! Mitchell was glowing from ear-to-ear from the start to the finish of his party. I love that Marty and I didn't have to do anything except have a good time. Your advice on venue set-up was spot-on. Mitchell took your recommendation for his entrance song and he loved it. Your friendliness and the friendliness of Grady and Serge were magnificent. I loved seeing the kids respond so well to all of you, and especially how Grady so easily would round them all up after being outside for photographs with just a wave of his hand. You got the kids engaged immediately during cocktail hour and that was fun to watch. There was a perfect balance of games and dancing. You got all of the adults up on their feet and kept us going, and going and going along side the kids. We were exhausted, but in a great way. I'm sure all the kids slept really well that night! You looked great, so handsome all of you, dressed so classically in black - professional, but definitely ready for a party. Thanks for taking a picture with me! Serge was happy to get the kids started by doing a bit of his break dancing, they really enjoyed that! The kids loved the light effects and the glow necklaces! They put the necklaces to good use by creating a jump rope and linking themselves together. Who knew? Although the party ended at 11:00 the kids wanted to keep going!

Alan was wonderful. I am so glad he was the DJ and entertainer at Alex's Bar Mitzvah. The teenagers said that "Awesome was a total understatement". Adults said that it was the first party where they had so much fun. My 88 father in law spent the all night dancing. The group of 16-25 year old had so much fun that they begged for the party to continue after hours. You were right Alan, there is no needs for expensive gimmicks to have a great party, you were the one who made his party so fun. Thank you

Grady and Serge were terrific! They were very responsive when we asked for some oldies...an after thought on our behalf...there were some older folks who wanted to dance to Frank.
Additional comments or suggestions? Our guests had an amazing time - due in large part to Grady and Serge. The kids had a blast with the dancing and games...the adults had fun dancing...it was a great evening. I would highly recommend both of them and can't wait to have them do our younger son's Bar Mitzvah!

I can't say enough good things regarding Alan Waltz and all he did for my son's Bar Mitzvah last Thanksgiving week-end!! We even had a lot of people from the East Coast, and they also said that Alan, Glenn, and Jam Patrol were fantastic! Someone once told me that the DJ ( or band ) makes the party and they were not kidding! Alan is very organized and on his own visited the site for the party to make sure he had the equipment needed.

Comments from our son's friends said that it was the best party all year! I appreciate how you and Jam Patrol dancers, Serge and Danny, were extremely professional and entertaining and kept about 90 13-year olds dancing all night!! The lighting, props, choreography, giveaways, and games were perfect for a crowd that had seen it all before. I appreciate your creativity in how you organized the timing of events. We have used Alan twice for our two daughters and will be using him again for our sons bar mitzvah as well as recommending him to many of our friends. He really can keep the party going and the kids love him. All our guest at both parties commented on how they loved the DJ. I loved the way he helped us organize the evening and kept everyone on the right track. While the adults were eating, most kids had already finished their buffet, he kept them all entertained with games etc. so that we could continue to enjoy our meal. His choice of music also helped keep everyone dancing, and we also liked how he made the girls feel so special at their party. I can assure you that if you pick Alan for your party you will not regret it, and will have a fabulous time.
